Failure to export tables as CSV from Crunch web application

Resolved

In a release at about 7am UTC (3am EDT), the ‘export CSV’ option for Profiles tables stopped working. The release contained important security updates to several open-source components the application depends on, including a required name-change that was not identified until users reported this error. The functionality was restored with an update in a release at about 8pm UTC (4pm EDT).
